In 2024, Wellworthy interviewed over 40 health and wellness experts about the brands and products they trust and use in their daily routines. From entrepreneurs like Jesse Itzler and Rachel Katzman to professional athletes and personal trainers, we wanted to know what tools they rely on to perform at their best.

As the year winds down, we’ve compiled the most recommended brands from these conversations to roundup the tools and technologies that experts rely on to optimize their sleep, recovery, nutrition, and performance.
