“Whoop is doing some really innovative stuff with wearable technology,” Huether told Wellworthy. “Their approach to data giving constant feedback around how your body’s changing in connection to fitness and wellness is really strong. I [also] love their user interface and the way they communicate — it’s really engaging and you learn a lot about your sleep and habits.”

Over the past six months Huether has “gotten really into pilates.” Initially skeptical, Huether’s introduction to pilates came through his wife’s encouragement. Despite his initial reluctance, attributing to his years-long commitment to a set workout routine, he eventually gave it a try and found it to be a game-changer.

Huether’s go-to product for pilates is Frame’s digitally-connected pilates reformer.

In his words, “It’s been game-changing. I think I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since I was in my twenties and I’m in my early forties now. So it’s been a game-changer. I just have a lot more energy.”
