StripIt, an LA-based wellness startup, just launched supplements that dissolve on your tongue

The new brand's Sleep and Digest strips melt in seconds, no water or pills required.

Last month, new supplement brand StripIt released a line of ultra-thin, dissolvable supplement strips designed to replace capsules and powders. The strips melt on the tongue in seconds, a more portable way to stay consistent with taking daily supplements.

StripIt’s mission is tackling one of wellness’s biggest challenges, consistency, by making supplements feel less like a chore and more like an effortless daily habit.

How they work

Each strip is a paper-thin film that dissolves directly in the mouth, delivering active ingredients quickly instead of relying entirely on digestion.

Sleep is formulated with melatonin and calming botanicals like valerian root, lavender, chamomile, and hibiscus. Digest combines probiotics, digestive enzymes, and prebiotic fiber for gut support.

StripIt’s founders, brothers Noy and Vem Chatoyan, are betting that the real barrier to taking supplements consistently isn’t awareness, it’s how inconvenient the actual habit still is.

Does the format hold up?

It’s not the only brand betting on strips. Earlier this year, Sleep or Die launched its own dissolvable sleep strip, also leaning on functional ingredients delivered in a format that might work where pills and gummies haven’t.

The research backs part of that bet, but not all of it. Compounds like vitamin B12 and vitamin D3 have real data behind them outperforming capsules when taken sublingually. Probiotics are a harder case, since bacteria surviving a dissolving strip and bacteria surviving stomach acid are two different problems, and there isn’t much research specific to strips on that front.

Functionality aside, the gap StripIt is chasing is real. Consistency is still one of the biggest struggles in taking supplements(especially among men), and strips might be the next format trying to close it.

Where to get them

StripIt’s Sleep and Digest are now available at getstripit.com, and if you’re one of the first 100 to order, the brand says they’ll throw in a free stainless steel tongue scraper.
