Zing Coach, an AI-powered personal training app that adapts your workouts based on goals, energy, and recovery, has integrated Les Mills group training programs into its platform. The partnership means users can now access those structured group workouts inside Zing Coach, with the app’s AI wrapping them into a personalized training plan that adjusts around your schedule and consistency.
Until now, you had to choose: follow a group program or use an adaptive AI coach. This partnership puts both in the same app. Twenty-two Les Mills workouts are available at launch—including popular options like BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™, RPM, The Trip, Pilates, and more—delivered through Zing Coach’s AI model, which recommends classes based on your goals..
The AI also handles scheduling on your terms. Rather than finding a slot that fits a fixed class time, you train whenever you can and Zing builds around that, sending reminders and adjusting programming based on how you’re actually doing day to day. If you miss a session or need to dial back intensity, the platform adapts rather than leaving you to figure out how to get back on track yourself.
With 62% of Zing Coach’s users training in the gym, the integration targets a real gap. Most people mix gym sessions with home workouts but rarely have a plan that accounts for both. Les Mills’ own research found that people who combine gym training with home workouts average 5.5 sessions per week, compared to just 3.3 for gym-only exercisers. Zing Coach’s AI is designed to help users capture more of that upside by making it easier to stay consistent across different training environments.
“The integration of Les Mills classes changes how people train week to week,” said Anton Marchanka, CEO at Zing Coach. “Les Mills’ structured strength, conditioning, and progression-based workouts are empowered by Zing’s AI model, making them available in flexible formats that fit busy schedules.”
