Myoform now factors in your blood work to personalise your supplements

The precision nutrition platform's latest update connects live biomarker data to your daily formulation.

Myoform, the precision nutrition platform built on genetic data, has added blood test upload to its feature set. Customers can now import results from major testing providers like Function Health, Superpower, and Thriva as well as results from a GP, and have those biomarkers folded into their personalized supplement formulation.

Myoform

Myoform offers personalized supplements based on your biology.

The details

Myoform launched publicly in January 2026 with whole genome sequencing at its core. The brand uses your DNA to establish a biological baseline, and then creates a personalized supplement formula built around it.

Blood test upload is the next layer. Where genetics show how your body is wired, blood work shows how it’s functioning right now through hormone levels, nutrient deficiencies, and cardiovascular markers. Those shift over time, and according to Myoform, your formulation should shift with them.

Once uploaded, the platform’s AI cross-references your biomarkers against your existing genetic profile and, the company says, more than 20,000 peer-reviewed studies to recalibrate your formulation accordingly.

What you can upload. Results from any major blood testing provider work, including Function Health, Superpower, and Thriva, plus standard GP bloodwork. There’s no proprietary test required.

Worth noting

Blood data layers on top of your existing genetic profile rather than sitting alongside it as a separate input. Genetics establish what you’re working with; blood markers show how your body is actually performing against that baseline right now — and those two reads together are more useful than either one alone.

The system is designed to keep updating. Each new test refines the formulation rather than resetting it, which means the longer you use it, the more dialled-in it gets. Right now, Myoform offers DNA-plus-quiz as its core input model, with quiz-only and blood-plus-quiz tiers in the pipeline. In a supplement market that keeps adding products without adding much precision, a formulation that actually updates with your biology feels like the obvious next move.

How to get it
