The Wellness Oasis returns to Miami Art Week with two days of recovery tech and expert-led wellness

Psychologists, athletes, and cultural figures — including Dr. Tara Swart, Lindsay Lohan, and Noah Lyles — converge December 2-3.

The Wellness Oasis is back for its third year at Miami Art Week, taking over Reserve Miami Seaplane for December 2–3. The two-day event brings together mental health experts, performance leaders, and recovery tech brands during one of the year’s biggest cultural gatherings.

The Details

Created in 2023 by 4B Advisory, the event was designed to make expert-led well-being programming more accessible within major cultural events.

This year’s lineup includes neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart, biohacker Gary Brecka, relationship expert Jillian Turecki, parenting psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, Olympic sprinter Noah Lyles, Blue Zones founder Dan Buettner, and Lindsey Lohan. Well-being expert and author Devi Brown hosts and moderates throughout the event.

The Wellness Oasis is back for its third year at Miami Art Week.

Across the venue, guests can move through multiple activation zones with dedicated zones for recovery, mindfulness, and experiential practices:

  • Movement and recovery: Hyperice anchors the recovery zone with Hypervolt massages from trained therapists and Normatec compression sessions, while Tonal’s Training Lab lets you test-drive their adaptive resistance system across 15 different training styles, and the Shiftwave Rejuvenation Lounge offers nervous system reset sessions.
  • Contrast therapy: Kohler’s Contrast Sanctuary features its C2 Sauna paired with Remedy Place ice baths for hot-cold therapy sessions.
Wellness tech: The Ammortal Chamber combines five modalities for cellular recovery and Amazon’s Alexa+ Beach Retreat showcases connected wellness living applications.
  • Nutrition and supplements: ARMRA is hosting a Revival Bar serving functional mocktails packed with bioactive nutrients, the bio.me Fiber Fuel Cafe offers gut-health focused pairings, and Qualia Life Sciences brings its Vitality Hub for brain optimization consultations.

“We are thrilled to return to Miami Art Week, a dynamic and uplifting environment, as we aim to help individuals prioritize their well-being,” says Jared Schoenfeld, co-founder of 4B. “Our goal is to provide something meaningful for every guest through intimate conversations, genuine connections, and authentic programming meant to help support you wherever you are on your journey.”

What it reflects

Wellness programming continues to embed itself into large cultural events. Experiences like this show how people want access to experts, tools, and recovery experiences in the same places they go for art, entertainment, and connection. It’s a shift toward wellness that’s woven into everyday culture, not kept separate from it.
