Nike Strength unveils the Nike Grind Dumbbell, made from recycled footwear

Unique dumbbells with a colorful twist.

The Drop: Nike Strength debuted the Nike Grind Dumbbell, part-made from recycled shoes.

The Details: Eco-friendly dumbbells for your home workouts

The Nike Grind Dumbbell is made with at least 20% Nike Grind rubber, a material recycled from Nike’s shoe manufacturing process. This results in each set of dumbbells having its own distinct appearance, featuring vibrant hues from past footwear collections layered over a consistent grey base color.

Durability meets comfort in these sustainably crafted weights. The rubber exterior with shaped edges prevents floor damage, while the medium-knurled handle provides a secure grip without being harsh on your hands.

Catering to athletes of all levels, the Nike Grind Dumbbells are sold in pairs, with weights ranging from 2.5 lbs to 50 lbs. Prices start at $15 per dumbbell for the lightest ones and go up to $105 each for the heaviest.

You can get the Nike Grind Dumbbells on the Nike Strength website in the United States and Europe, as well as at select retail partners like Dick’s Sporting Goods.
