Run clubs have exploded into a major part of running culture, but finding the right one — or even figuring out where and when it meets — can still mean bouncing between Instagram pages, group chats, and event platforms.

OPS RUN is trying to put that experience in one place. The newly launched platform is built specifically for run clubs, giving runners a way to discover clubs and upcoming runs, while giving organizers tools to manage the communities behind them.

Finding your next run

For runners, OPS RUN works as a searchable home for local run clubs and events.

Users can browse upcoming runs and see details including distance, pace, location, and run-day weather before registering. There’s no app download required, and runners can also follow the clubs they want to stay connected with.

The homepage currently surfaces runs and clubs across cities including New York, Chicago, Austin, and the Washington, DC area, with listings showing the key details runners need before deciding whether a run is a fit.

OPS RUN says more than 100 clubs across 25+ North American cities are already using the platform.

Tools for the people running the clubs

On the other side, OPS RUN gives organizers one place to handle much of the work that happens behind the scenes.

Club leaders can publish runs, manage registrations and members, communicate directly with their community, feature brand partners, collect voluntary contributions, and offer paid experiences. The platform is free for both clubs and runners.

That matters as run clubs grow beyond casual weekly meetups. Many are now managing larger communities, partnerships, and events, while still relying on a mix of group chats and general-purpose platforms to keep everything running.
