Hyperice launches compression boots with built-in heat

The brand’s latest recovery boots combine customizable heat and dynamic air compression to take warm-ups and recovery to a new level.

Recovery just got a little warmer.

Hyperice, a leader in compression recovery technology, has introduced the Normatec Elite Heat Legs, its newest take on the brand’s signature recovery boots.

Compression boots have long been reserved for post-workout recovery. Now, Hyperice is making a case for wearing them before a workout, too.

Hyperice’s Normatec Elite Heat Legs bring thermal heat to the company’s popular air compression boots.

The new boots combine Normatec’s dynamic air compression with HyperHeat™ Technology, adding five adjustable temperature settings ranging from 102°F to 125°F.

The goal? Pair the familiar massage-like compression experience with targeted warmth designed to help prepare muscles and support circulation.

How thermal heat works

Hyperice opted for thermal heat over red light to physically warm tissue in the legs. As temperatures rise, blood vessels widen, helping increase local blood flow.

Testing showed that skin temperatures began rising within the first 5-10 minutes of use and held steady across a half-hour session. The increase in blood flow tends to level off after about 20-30 minutes of heat exposure.

That makes the addition of heat particularly interesting for athletes. Rather than thinking of compression boots solely as a recovery tool, the combination of warmth and pulsing compression introduces another option for preparing the legs before a workout or competition.

Normatec’s most customizable recovery device yet

Whether you’re looking to warm up before a workout, unwind after a long run, or customize compression around different levels of soreness, users can adjust both heat and compression intensity depending on what their legs need.

The fully wireless boots offer five heat levels and seven compression settings for warm-up and recovery.

HyperSync™ Technology adds another layer of personalization, allowing users to run synchronized compression patterns on both legs or operate each leg independently.

Easy at-home recovery

For runners, athletes, and anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet, Hyperice’s latest release simplifies at-home wellness and recovery.

Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to create and save personalized recovery routines, while the fully wireless design and battery life of up to one hour on full heat and compression make it convenient to recover wherever you are.

And they deflate quicker than ever before. That might be the best part.
