First look: Kane x Eric Hinman ‘Movement is Medicine’ collab

The Drop: Kane Footwear has released its second collaboration with endurance athlete Eric Hinman, the ‘Movement is Medicine’ Hinman 2 Kane Revive.

The Details: Inspired by the Colorado Rockies

Eric Hinman, a 5x Ironman finisher and 3x Leadville 100 racer, just wrapped up the 2024 Leadville 100 bike race with a time 20 minutes faster than his 2023 performance. As a Kane Footwear athlete, Hinman has been using the Kane Revive to aid in his recovery and preparation for the grueling 100-miler across the Colorado Rockies.

The shoe’s design is inspired by the Colorado Rockies.

The Hinman 2 Kane Revive pays homage to Hinman’s accomplishments and his training grounds. The shoe features a mountain inlay inside, inspired by the Colorado Rockies, and proudly displays Hinman’s motto “Movement is Medicine” on the exterior.

Designed with sustainable materials, the Kane Revive is engineered to enhance active recovery from the ground up. Its foundation features oversized channels and siped soles, providing both flexibility and reliable traction. This thoughtful design extends to the shoe’s dual-density construction, which offers generous cushioning and active support to ensure comfort during recovery periods
