Alicia Yoon has built her career on helping people understand their skin. As the founder of Peach & Lily — the brand behind one of the biggest K-beauty surges in the U.S. — she splits her time between New York and Seoul, tests more products than most of us will ever touch, and runs a business alongside raising two toddlers with a third baby on the way.

And while her work centers around innovation, her own approach to wellness is intentionally low-friction. Her priority is staying energized and mentally clear through full days of parenting, travel, and work.
Here’s how she puts that into practice:
Night-before reset: Alicia’s day really starts the night before. She puts her phone away, reads for about 30 minutes, and aims for an 11:30 pm bedtime. The routine helps her settle and fall asleep more easily.
Mornings that add energy: She’s up by 6:30, sometimes fitting in a swim, followed by a quick shower and a skincare routine she never skips because of her eczema. Breakfast is always a priority, along with a matcha latte or green tea. These early hours are intentionally slow: family time, cuddles, and getting everyone out the door.
Movement woven into the day: Instead of long, structured workouts, Yoon relies on micro-movements. “I love what I do, so the day goes by fast, but I keep moving through the day with little things.” She walks to grab lunch, gets up often for water, and takes calls while standing or pacing the room. These small breaks keep her energy steady without adding another commitment to her schedule.
Evening rituals that ground her: Family time from 6:30 to 7:45 is non-negotiable. After the kids are asleep, she either wraps up work or unwinds with a bath, a show, music, or talking with her husband. At night she spends extra time on masks and facial massage. “It keeps my skin healthy and gives me a moment to slow down and connect with myself.”
Gratitude as a daily practice: Before bed, Yoon reflects on the day and what she’s grateful for. It’s a small habit that helps her stay centered and connect with herself.
