Hims & Hers launches Labs to close the gap between testing and care

Hims & Hers rolled out Labs, a new diagnostic service that brings clinical-grade testing and personalized guidance under one digital roof. The platform measures up to 120 biomarkers across 10 key health areas, including heart health, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, and stress. It then translates those results into actionable plans developed by doctors.

Data-driven health tracking

Labs connect directly through the Hims & Hers app. Users will begin by selecting a testing plan (first draw tests either 50 or 75+ biomarkers) and schedule a local blood draw at a nearby Quest clinic.

Results are delivered digitally within days, showing you your current baseline Each report includes biomarker analysis, clear summaries of what’s in range (and what’s not), and a doctor-developed plan outlining next steps.

From data to direction

Inside the app, users access a personalized Insights Dashboard that displays:

• Biomarker results across 10 health categories
• Biological age calculation
• Priority health areas that need attention
• Tailored lifestyle and treatment recommendations

Care teams are available through in-app consultations to answer questions, explain results, and adjust plans as needed. Optional follow-up testing tracks progress over time, shifting Labs from a one-time test to an ongoing health monitoring system.
