The Drop: Gymshark, the popular fitness apparel brand, has teamed up with protein cereal brand Surreal, to launch a limited-edition Strawberry Milkshake flavored cereal called Cardi-Os.

The Details: A protein-packed cereal

Each serving of Cardi-Os packs a punch with 12.5g of protein, while keeping the net carbohydrates low at just 5g, with 3.9g of fat and only 124 calories per serving.

Surreal co-founder Jac Chetland says, “Gymshark do gym. We do protein. Our Gymshark protein cereal is a match made in gym-heaven. We’re buzzing to be helping Gymshark’s athletes and community hit their protein goals.”
