Equinox just introduced EQX ARC, a personalized performance program supporting women from preconception through menopause and beyond.

Instead of repackaging men’s training, EQX ARC uses hormone diagnostics from Function Health, one-on-one coaching, and specialized group lifting classes to tailor workouts around hormonal and recovery data. The program tracks metrics like sleep, heart rate variability, and cycle patterns through wearables and lab testing, adapting as each member’s needs evolve.
All participating coaches complete Equinox’s new Women’s Health Certification, developed with input from the brand’s Women’s Health Advisory Board.
The program’s signature Stronger Women classes focus on progressive strength work. Members also receive access to certified women’s health coaches for individualized sessions built around hormonal and life-stage changes.
Equinox joins a growing list of brands rethinking how fitness serves women. Centr recently launched a progressive strength series for female lifters, Pvolve gained clinical backing for peri- and post-menopause programs, and Tonal added mindful resistance training for midlife women.
The shift signals a larger cultural moment: women are demanding training that works with their physiology. By combining diagnostics, education, and performance coaching, Equinox is positioning EQX ARC as a model for future gym programming.
The EQX ARC waitlist is now open on Equinox’s website. The program will roll out to select locations, and will include access to Wellness Corner, an e-commerce hub featuring recovery and wellness products curated for women’s health.
