The dome’s infrared sauna feature encourages natural purification through sweat, with users potentially burning 200-300 calories during a 20-minute session. Beyond the calorie burn, the infrared heat works to release muscle tension and improve mobility.

Its PEMF technology offers 30 different settings across three wavelength ranges. Delta wavelengths (1-3 Hz) promote relaxation and stress relief, Beta wavelengths (13-30 Hz) boost energy levels, and Alpha wavelengths (9-12 Hz) enhance focus and mental clarity.
