Remedy Place is bringing its NAD+ protocol home with a self-injectable smart pen

1,000mg of pharmaceutical-grade NAD delivered subcutaneously.

Remedy Place, the brand operating NAD+ IV and injection services across New York, Boston, and Los Angeles since 2019, has partnered with UK-based NADclinic to bring an at-home NAD+ injectable to the US market. The NAD+ Smart Pen delivers 1,000mg of high-purity NAD+—a molecule that helps your cells convert nutrients into energy—in a subcutaneous injection format designed for use outside a clinical setting.

What’s in the pen

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is found in every cell of the body, where it plays a central role in energy metabolism and DNA repair. Levels naturally decline with age, which has made NAD+ a target of interest in longevity research, though most of the clinical evidence to date is in preclinical or early-stage human studies.

Remedy Place’s NAD+ Smart Pen.

The NADclinic formulation contains no stabilizers, fillers, or synthetic additives. It’s manufactured in a facility held to pharmaceutical production standards, and each batch is independently tested and comes with a Certificate of Analysis from an NHS/UKAS-accredited laboratory. The pen has a 24-month validated stability window.

The delivery method. Rather than an IV drip, the Smart Pen uses a subcutaneous injection, which puts it in a category closer to at-home GLP-1 pens than anything previously available for NAD+. Whether subcutaneous delivery produces comparable results to IV administration is still an open question in research. Remedy Place has delivered tens of thousands of IV and injection-based NAD+ treatments since 2019, and this pen is designed to extend that protocol to an at-home format.

“After delivering tens of thousands of NAD+ IVs and injections at Remedy Place since 2019, we’ve seen meaningful demand for solutions that maintain integrity while offering greater convenience,” said Dr. Jonathan Leary, founder and CEO of Remedy Place.
