Noah Neiman is co-founder and creator of RUMBLE Boxing, a boxing-inspired group fitness concept with 85+ global studios.
Hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Noah’s journey began at a young age when he was battling with ADHD and other behavioral problems, which led to him developing a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness.
No two days are alike for Neiman. His schedule might include finalizing a clothing brand shoot, checking in at RUMBLE Boxing, overseeing his partner restaurant HONEYBRAINS, or even calling the vet because his dogs are giving him a suspicious look after breakfast.
Despite having so much going on, one thing remains constant: movement. “What is unwavering is that I always make sure that at some point, as my schedule of that day permits, I move my body as much as possible,” Neiman emphasizes. “I try and workout as often as I can, whenever I can.”
Regular exercise equips Neiman to handle the volatility of entrepreneurial life better. “I’m much better able to handle its volatility when I’m in the best shape I can be,” he notes.
“I train very hard so complimenting my whole foods diet with supplements is important in keeping me fresh. Each gummy is packed with antioxidants, electrolytes, and tart cherry extract. Tart cherry is scientifically proven to support muscle recovery and help your body fight that post-workout soreness.”
“A go to add-in to that daily morning coffee I mentioned. Coffee is already a solid way to increase energy and focus, and adding in The Good Stuff adds MCT oil which helps with energy and mental clarity, an extra bit of caffeine from an amino acid found in green tea L-Theanine, cinnamon which has anti-inflammatory properties, and helps regulate blood sugar, collagen to promote healthy skin, joints, and a good gut.
“Through all the bro-ey fitness fads, this one will withstand the test of time. We put an infrared sauna in the West Hollywood and Upper East Side RUMBLE locations because of the scientifically proven impact on the health the user. The positive impact on cardiovascular function, lowering of stroke risk, overall restorative and relaxing properties, positive impact on the immune system, the list goes on.”
“One of the most impactful, and portable, pieces of fitness equipment. It’s easy to take anywhere so if you have the space and as little as ten minutes, you can get an incredibly efficient cardio and conditioning workout. There’s a reason the best fighters in the world utilize jumping rope to stay in fighting shape. If it’s good enough for Canelo, it’s good enough for me.”
“Percussive therapy helps break up stiff muscle tissue and keep me limber, even after the most tortuous of workouts.”
“Superare gloves are incredibly well made, and at a great price point relative to their high quality and design. They just fit my hands like Cinderella’s foot. The colorways are always fire. Superrare also makes great rash guards and tees that are my gym fit go-to’s.”
“One of my favorite brands for fit and function. Their 5′ liner shorts with built-in pockets for my phone go incredibly hard. The design element is arguably the best in the game. ASRV does stand for aesthetic revolution, so having gear that’s both functional and looks good, is a knockout combo. Deion Sanders said “If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. If you play good, they pay good.”
“My favorite shoe at the moment. I like wearing black tops and bottoms, and then have a shoe that pops. The bright neon/volt colorways, combined with the comfort of the shoe on long runs (road work), is that mix of design and functionality I always look for. You can’t have all show and no go.”
