Amina Pasha has seen the wellness industry from the inside. As CMO of Thrive Market, she’s surrounded by new products, trends, and big promises every day.
Her own routine moves in the opposite direction. Rather than chasing every new launch, Pasha keeps things intentionally simple, focusing on daily habits that support real life and energy that holds up.
Below, she shares the rhythms and products she comes back to as she thinks about living well, now and for the years ahead.
Rhythm over a strict routine: Pasha doesn’t run her days on a fixed schedule, and she’s intentional about keeping it that way. She adjusts her pace week by week, easing off when energy dips and leaning in when she has more to give. That flexibility helps her protect the quality of her days, rather than pushing for more at all costs.
Movement as fuel: She starts most mornings around 6 am with water and a bit of morning light, followed by strength training after school drop-off. Pasha doesn’t drink coffee and relies on movement to wake her up and carry her energy through the rest of the day.
Small resets throughout the day: She takes short walks between meetings or fits in 1–5 minute movement breaks, then carves out about ten minutes of recovery at the end of the workday using compression, heat, or hydrotherapy before shifting into family time.
Food that supports energy: Pasha keeps meals simple and protein-forward, with snacks like mixed nuts and fermented foods in the mix. It’s an easy way to stay fueled without spending much time thinking about it.
An evening wind-down: Most nights end with a short walk after dinner, a ritual she calls la passeggiata. It’s a simple way to get a bit more movement in and lower the pace of the evening.
