Peloton and Halle Berry’s Respin add menopause-specific fitness programming

New strength, cardio, and mindfulness classes built around the science of midlife fitness.

This week, Peloton partnered with Respin Health, Halle Berry’s menopause wellness platform, to launch a new collection of fitness classes designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

The research

The collection draws on findings from the Peloton x Respin P.R.E.S.S. Study, a 60-day program that combined community, coaching, education, and fitness programming for women in midlife. Among 267 participants, 84% reported improvements in menopause symptoms after 60 days, reinforcing what sports science has long suggested: consistent, structured exercise is one of the most effective tools for symptom management.

What’s in the collection. Twelve new classes span strength, cardio, and mindfulness, taught by Peloton instructors Rebecca Kennedy, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Susie Chan, Katie Wang, and Kirsten Ferguson. Highlights include:

  • Jump training classes targeting bone density, balance, and power
  • Weighted-vest strength and low-impact cardio for metabolic health and resistance training
  • Low-impact, high-intensity cardio and strength focused on joint health and injury prevention
  • A menopause-focused meditation led by instructor Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts

Many classes require no equipment.

Why it matters. Research on menopause and exercise continues to scale. Though the specific physiological needs of perimenopause and menopause—bone density loss, metabolic shifts, joint health—are better documented, structured programming that addresses them at scale has been hard to find. This collection puts research-backed approaches directly on a platform with millions of members.

Where to find it

The Peloton x Respin Menopause Health Collection is available now on the Peloton app. Find the full class list in the Menopause Health Collection, or join Peloton’s Menopause Health Team group on the app for community and resources.
