Strong New York

Strong New York is back September 27.

The festival features two main competitions. The Strongest in New York pits top athletes against each other in strength, speed, and endurance challenges for cash prizes. For everyday participants, the Test of Strength and Longevity offers accessible one-minute challenges: pull-ups, deadlifts, rowing, and biking.

“When I started Strong New York, I said strength isn’t just about picking heavy weights up off the ground – it’s about being able to pick yourself and others up,” said Kenny Santucci, Founder of Strong New York. “From innovative products to game-changing conversations, we’re building a space where people can connect, learn, and leave stronger than they came in.”
