Reebok has teamed up with F45 Training to launch a co-branded smart ring, stepping into a space long led by Oura, Ultrahuman, and Circular. The gym’s new official wearable translates heart rate, HRV, sleep, stress, temperature, and activity data into a single “One Score” in the Reebok Fitness app — a quick read on how ready your body is to train.
Linked with the F45 Challenge app, it layers workout performance with recovery insights, giving members personalized feedback designed to balance training and rest.
The partnership makes strategic sense. F45 has a global community of functional-fitness enthusiasts, and Reebok’s history in performance apparel and hybrid training culture gives it built-in credibility. Together, they bridge hardware and habit — offering F45 members biometric feedback designed to inform both training and recovery.
It’s another sign that fitness brands are moving toward all-in-one platforms that connect workouts, recovery, and gear under one roof.

Smart rings have quickly become one of the most in-demand corners of the wearable market. Oura’s partnerships with Equinox and Gucci a few years ago helped move recovery tracking into the luxury and boutique fitness space. At the same time, Ultrahuman expanded its focus to metabolic and recovery insights, and Samsung’s Galaxy Ring and has helped push smart rings fully into the mainstream.
Momentum hasn’t slowed, but smart rings are well past the early-adopter phase. As recovery tracking becomes standard in fitness, brands like Reebok are joining a space that’s already proven and growing fast.
Reebok’s Smart Ring launch points to a broader evolution for the brand. Once defined by CrossFit, Reebok is now positioning itself at the intersection of fitness and health tech, where performance is measured in metrics as much as movement.
With F45 as its tech partner, Reebok is learning to play in the same space as the wearables and wellness giants that now shape how people measure health. The real advantage will come from how brands use the data to create something more personal, more integrated, and more useful into everyday life.
