Patrick Schwarzenegger, is an actor and co-founder of MOSH – the brain health brand he started alongside his mother, Maria Shriver.
“These days, I’m really focusing on staying healthy, not just for my body, but for my mind and brain health too,” explains Schwarzenegger, who’s currently starring in season 3 of HBO’s White Lotus.

Schwarzenegger focus on brain health is a big reason why he started MOSH, “We wanted to help people build wellness routines that take care of both their physical and cognitive function,” he explains.
When he’s not filming, Schwarzenegger says he “thrives on structure, especially in the morning.” Typically, he starts the day with a walk alongside his fiancée, “We usually roll out of bed and head straight out,” he says. “We’ll grab coffee, stroll down to the beach, and share what we’re grateful for.” After this morning walk, Schwarzenegger fits in a workout and sauna session before heading to work at MOSH.
Here’s Schwarzenegger to share his go-to supplements and snacks:
“These are a lifesaver when I’m traveling or on set. I’m always looking for stuff that won’t spoil, is clean, low in calories and sugar, but still gives me the protein I need. These are just so easy to throw in my bag when I’m running around all day.”
“A high-quality creatine powder or supplement is a daily must-have for me. It’s great for building muscle and keeping my bones strong, plus there’s some new research suggesting it might be good for brain health too, which is a nice bonus.”
“It’s easy to get dehydrated after long days on set, so these have been a game-changer for me. I love that they’re made with real ingredients and don’t have any added sugar – those are two big things I always look for.”
“I honestly eat these almost every day, especially when I’m filming or traveling. On set or during flights – you never know what food options you’ll have, so it’s awesome having a healthy snack I can count on that’s packed with protein and low in sugar.
