Nike Strength has entered the home gym market with a 12-in-1 adjustable dumbbell system designed to deliver flexibility without taking up floor space. Each dumbbell adjusts from 10 to 65 pounds in 5-pound increments, giving users the range of an entire rack in one compact set. At $899 per pair, the set places Nike among premium competitors like PowerBlock and Bowflex.
Nike Strength’s adjustable system replaces an entire dumbbell collection with one pair that takes up about as much space as a shoebox.
Made entirely from cast iron, the dumbbells feature chrome-coated steel handles with a knurled grip and 35mm diameter — the same feel as standard gym equipment.
A quick-adjust dial changes the load in 5-pound increments, from 10 pounds all the way up to 65. That gives you twelve different weight options per dumbbell, enough range for everything from shoulder raises to heavy goblet squats. The octagonal design prevents rolling between sets, while each dumbbell measures 15.5″ x 6.5″ x 6.5″ when fully loaded.
The set includes storage cradles, and Nike also offers a separate dumbbell stand with built-in storage and a phone holder for following workout videos.
