Emma Heming Willis’s brain health brand gets more specific about women’s health

New gummies and stick packs target menopause, cellular energy, and cognitive clarity.

When Emma Heming Willis started experiencing brain fog, her doctors dismissed it. She wasn’t obviously unwell, and yet something was clearly off. That frustration, combined with discovering how many women around her described the same thing, is the origin story behind Make Time Wellness, a women’s brain health supplement brand built on the premise that cognitive health deserves as much attention as the rest of women’s health.

Now, the brand is adding two new formulas and a travel-friendly version of its hero product to its lineup.

Meet the new range

The expansion targets distinct yet overlapping concerns: hormonal transitions, cellular energy, and daily cognitive support.

Make time for Menopause & Brain Health. A daily gummy formulated for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Key ingredients include Cognizin® Citicoline—a form of choline with clinical research behind cognitive function, focus, and memory—along with Black Cohosh and Wild Yam extracts, both traditionally associated with hormonal balance support.

Make time for NAD+ & Rhodiola. A zero-sugar gummy combining NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, with Rhodiola, an adaptogen studied for its effects on mental fatigue. The formula is vegetarian, non-GMO, and third-party tested.

Make time for Brain, Body, & Beauty 14-Day Stick Packs. A travel-friendly version of the brand’s existing hero product. Thedaily drink mix combines Cognizin® Citicoline with curcumin, MCT oil, Acetyl-L-carnitine, and a complete women’s multivitamin.
