Luna drops a screenless health wearable that lets you log your daily habits out loud

The voice-first tracker uses an intelligence engine to tell you exactly when to train, eat, and rest.

Most wearables on the market deliver data on a screen, logging everything from sleep scores to activity and daily strain. But once you review those metrics, translating them into an actual change in routine is still mostly up to you.

Luna is taking a different approach. Known for its signature Luna Ring, the health intelligence company is now expanding to the wrist with the Luna Band. The new device is a screenless, voice-first wearable that takes your biometric data and actively plans your day. Instead of giving you another dashboard to interpret, the band connects with your medical context and daily habits to build an actionable, hour-by-hour schedule designed to keep you in peak condition.

What sets it apart

The Luna Band is a screen-free fitness tracker built to actively manage your routine. Though it takes a unique approach compared to existing wearables like Whoop or FitBit, the platform will still track common metrics like sleep quality, recovery, stress levels, activity, nutrition, and circadian rhythms throughout the day.

Because there is no display, all of your interactions happen through voice commands and wrist vibrations. So if you start taking a new supplement, eat a big meal, or change your sleep schedule for a work shift, you just tell the system out loud. By using Siri and your connected earbuds, you skip the hassle of manually typing everything into your phone.

Then LifeOS, Luna’s health intelligence app, takes over by pairing your continuous biometric data to map out your day hour by hour. The platform uses built-in modules for stress, nutrition, and training to build a schedule based entirely on your personal health. This setup lets you tackle highly specific lifestyle goals, like avoiding jet lag on a work trip or keeping your energy up during a tough week.

Once the plan is set, the band keeps you on track. A simple buzz on your wrist lets you know exactly when it is time to “shift gears,” like grabbing a snack or finally starting your bedtime routine. And as your body changes throughout the day, the schedule automatically adjusts right along with it.
