Lancôme dropped Absolue Longevity MD on April 20th, a full skincare range built around Mitopure, Timeline’s proprietary form of Urolithin A. The ingredient is well-established in the longevity supplement space — this is its first appearance in mainstream topical skincare.
Longevity science focuses a lot on what we put into our bodies, but major beauty brands are betting that our skin deserves the same rigor. The longevity-inspired skincare line is structured around three tiers based on biological age, each with its own cream and serum formulated for a different stage of the skin’s aging trajectory.
Mitopure is the ingredient doing the foundational work across every product in the line. It supports mitochondrial health, the cellular energy system behind skin renewal and resilience. As skin ages, mitochondrial efficiency declines, and that’s what each formula is designed to address.
Each tier pairs Mitopure with a proprietary compound calibrated for a different biological age.
Anticipate is a cream for skin under 35, designed to get ahead of aging before signs appear. Its compound includes Epigenomyl, Eperuline, and Ectoin, and brand testing shows a 16% reduction in the look of emerging fine lines after three months.
Intercept, formulated as both a cream and serum, targets the 35 to 55 window, when early signs are visible and the focus shifts to elasticity and cell turnover. Its compound adds LHA, Matrixyl, and Niacinamide to the Mitopure base, with brand testing showing a 76% improvement in skin elasticity four hours after application.

Reset comes in a serum and cream, and it’s formulated for skin over 55, addressing firmness and bounce that have already changed. Its compound uses Senevisium, Rhamnose, and Niacinamide, with brand testing showing a 55% improvement in skin bounce.
The full range has been validated by Lancôme’s dermatologist advisory board. It was introduced at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, where Lancôme presented its testing data in front of a clinical audience.
Absolue Longevity MD is available April 20th at lancome-usa.com and at select luxury retailers nationwide from May 1st.
