“It’s the first thing I check in the morning when I wake up. Whenever I see my sleep is lacking, I make sure to be better about going to bed earlier the following night.”
“I’ve almost completely stopped wearing high-heeled shoes in favor of wearing chic, comfy shoes I can easily walk 20k steps a day in… My favorites are my New Balance sneakers in neutral shades and my satin Miu Miu ballet flats.”
“My workout clothes motivate me to get to the gym because I love the way I look and feel in them. My two faves that make up 95% of my workout wardrobe are lululemon Align sets and CSB.”
