The Drop: InsideTracker has launched Nutrition DeepDive, a nutrition tracker app that maps nutrition on top of blood, DNA, and fitness tracker data.
Available for InsideTracker members with iOS devices, Nutrition DeepDive goes beyond simply tracking what members eat. It shows how their nutrient intake affects their blood biomarkers, aligns with their genetics, and impacts their sleep and exercise patterns.
Unlike traditional diet trackers that require constant logging, Nutrition DeepDive needs only 7 days of food data to work its magic. After that week, members get a comprehensive health report with easy-to-read, color-coded graphs and personalized food and supplement recommendations.
The app analyzes 15 key nutrients, including protein, fiber, fat, and essential micronutrients like calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and B12. It then provides personalized recommendations on nutrient intake adjustments and highlights the five nutrients having the most significant impact on the user’s health.
It can also show how meal timing affects exercise, sleep, and supplementation.
“Daily food intake is powerful data that reveals more than most people realize. It’s not just about what you eat, but also when you eat — and in what quantities,” says Gil Blander, founder and chief scientific officer at InsideTracker.
“With Nutrition DeepDive, we’re able to merge that information with our members’ blood, DNA, and fitness tracker data. It’s a puzzle piece that helps our recommendation engine go even further in providing razor-sharp strategies for preventing disease and increasing energy, fitness, and happiness,” adds Blander.
Nutrition DeepDive is now available for InsideTracker members with iOS devices.
