Eli Health adds testosterone and progesterone to its instant hormone testing line

At-home saliva tests that deliver results in 20 minutes.

Eli Health, the company behind last year’s instant cortisol test, is expanding its at-home hormone testing line with Testosterone and Progesterone Hormometers launching in Q1 2026. Both tests use saliva samples to deliver lab-quality results in 20 minutes, no blood draws required.

Eli Health

Eli Health is adding real-time testosterone and progesterone testing.

The tests measure hormones that fluctuate throughout the day and cycle:

  • Testosterone Hormometer: Tracks free testosterone, the biologically active form linked to energy, muscle recovery, libido, and mood.
  • Progesterone Hormometer: Measures progesterone levels that affect sleep quality, emotional resilience, ovulation window, and fertility timing.
  • Eli app integration: Real-time results synced to your phone for tracking patterns over time.

Until now, saliva-based testosterone testing at this accuracy level was considered technically impossible. Eli Health uses the same proprietary technology that powered its award-winning cortisol test to make both tests accessible outside of clinical settings.

Hormone tracking is the new normal

Hormones shape everything from sleep and metabolism to mood and performance, but many only still test them when something feels off. Eli Health is betting that hormone tracking will follow the same path as continuous glucose monitors and sleep trackers: moving from clinical tools to daily wellness data. Real-time insights let people connect how they feel to what’s actually happening inside their bodies.

Where to buy

Pre-orders are open now at Eli Health’s website. Tests are sold in 3-packs (12 tests total) starting at $99. Shipping begins at the end of Q1 2026. The tests require an iPhone for the Eli app.
