The Drop: 247, the performance wear arm of UK fashion brand Represent, is launching its first women’s collection with 14 initial pieces designed for both gym and street style.
The new 247 Woman collection fuses high-performance functionality with Represent’s signature streetwear aesthetic, maintaining the brand’s core ethos of creating timeless pieces that transition seamlessly from workout to everyday wear.
Key pieces in the collection include the 247 DNA Sports Bra, 247 DNA Legging, and 247 DNA Training Jacket. The collection emphasizes sustainability with fabrics designed to withstand intense training while being environmentally conscious.
247’s debut women’s collection features 14-pieces.
Toni Purdie, Represent’s head of womenswear and former Topshop design lead, led the collection’s development: “When creating both Represent and 247 Woman, the aim was to give them their own identities whilst taking inspiration from what the menswear line has already established.”
“Our first 247 Woman drop is all about creating a solid foundation. We have spent months developing and trialling best-in-class performance fabrics to create our core collection of gym wear with lasting style that can go the distance,” Purdie adds.
The line embodies 247’s “On a Mission” philosophy, aiming to inspire peak performance at any fitness level without compromising style.
George Heaton, Represent’s co-founder and creative director, notes the natural progression: “The rate at which 247 has grown since its inception in 2020 has been incredible. Launching 247 Woman was the natural next step for the brand. We have so many women already in our community who attend our events and runs all over the world, so we know the demand is already there.”
The collection is available online now and will also be available at a three-week pop-up on London’s Brewer Street in Soho starting April 9th.
