AG1 launched Pro to bring muscle strength and gut health together in one scoop

AG1 is expanding its product lineup with AG1 Pro, a new version of its Daily Health Drink that builds on AG1 Next Gen with clinically studied ingredients designed to support muscle strength, recovery, metabolic health, and advanced gut support. The formula adds 5 grams of Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate, calcium HMB (Ca-HMB), and zinc carnosine while maintaining the brand’s existing blend of vitamins, minerals, and other daily nutrients in a single scoop.

What’s new

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements available, but not every powder mixes the same. AG1 Pro uses Creavitalis®, a micronized, German-made form of creatine with smaller particles that the brand says dissolve more easily, creating a smoother drink without the gritty texture often associated with traditional creatine powders.

Alongside it, Ca-HMB supports muscle strength and helps preserve lean muscle, making it useful during periods of intense training or as part of healthy aging.

The formula also adds zinc carnosine, an ingredient that supports the gut lining’s barrier function, alongside ginger and triphala to help support digestion and overall gut comfort.
