The Details: A mountain-top performance experience

The expedition, scheduled for June 6-7, blends XPT’s renowned breathwork and recovery protocols with high-altitude adventure.

Breckenridge, Colorado

XPT Crystal Peak will take on a trek to nearly 14,000 ft.

Recovery also plays a central role in the experience through XPT’s signature contrast therapy protocol. You’ll learn how to leverage the power of ice baths and sauna sessions for enhanced recovery, stress management, and mental resilience. The program rounds out with insights from leading experts in human performance, who share practical applications of the performance mindset.

The cornerstone of day two is the trek itself: an 11.1-mile journey reaching three peaks that approach 14,000 feet, giving you the opportunity to apply the previous day’s training in a real-world, high-stakes environment.

“We’ve been eager to launch an event that unites an unforgettable challenge with the XPT performance techniques that athletes, special ops, and elite performers depend on. There’s no better place to prove what you’re made of,” says PJ Nestler, XPT’s director of performance.

Whether you’re an athlete looking to push your limits, an entrepreneur seeking a new challenge, or someone who craves adventure and personal growth, XPT Crystal Peak offers an opportunity to redefine what you’re capable of in one of the most breathtaking environments on earth.
