WHOOP is adding clinical lab testing directly to its platform with a new feature: WHOOP Advanced Labs, launching this fall.
WHOOP Advanced Labs takes the brand beyond surface-level tracking. Instead of stopping at heart rate variability, sleep scores, or strain, members will be able to order lab tests, book appointments, and review results all inside the app.

WHOOP Advanced Labs will launch this fall.
The panels cover key biomarkers tied to performance and long-term health, — metabolism, hormones, inflammation, cardiovascular function, and nutrient status. These are the same clinical-grade tests most doctors use, now designed to meet people where they already track their recovery and training.
The integration addresses a long-standing gap in health tracking. While wearables excel at monitoring daily metrics, they can’t measure what’s happening inside the body at a cellular level. WHOOP Advanced Labs will now pair external performance data with internal health markers and offer personalized guidance on how to improve them — giving users a way to see the full picture.
To make testing accessible, WHOOP partnered with Quest Diagnostics. Quest’s network consists of 2,000 patient service centers across the U.S., plus mobile phlebotomy services for those who prefer at-home testing. After testing, results are delivered directly to the WHOOP app, with the option to book a phone consultation and walk through findings.
