Connor Noe is co-founder of wellness brand Nello. Noe’s wellness goals span four key areas: daily mindfulness through meditation, scripture reading, or prayer; cardiovascular exercise, even if just 10-20 minutes of post-meal walking; prioritizing eight hours of quality sleep while avoiding late-night eating; and flexibility work to counteract long computer hours.

Rather than rigid workout schedules, Noe incorporates movement throughout his day, short walks after meals and targeted exercises to address the physical toll of desk work, focusing on core strength and mobility. Understanding the importance of sleep, he aims for eight hours nightly and times his eating to support better digestion and restorative rest.
