Strava’s Athlete Intelligence is in a public beta for subscribers.

Athlete Intelligence analyzes trends from your past 30 days of activity, offering a comprehensive view of your fitness journey. Key features include:

  • Trend spotting: Identifies patterns across various performance metrics, including pace, heart rate, elevation, power, and Strava’s proprietary Relative Effort metric.
  • Performance insights: Breaks down time spent in specific pace/heart rate zones and offers guidance for improving speed, endurance, or stamina.
  • Milestone celebration: Automatically detects and highlights achievements such as your fastest pace, longest distance, or biggest climb.
  • Personalized feedback: Provides tailored tips for your next activity, helping you progress towards your goals.

This AI-powered feature gives Strava subscribers a clear picture of their progress, celebrating milestones while offering actionable insights for future workouts.

Athlete Intelligence works by summarizing workout data into digestible insights immediately after uploading a run, ride, walk, or hike. Users can access these insights with one tap within the activity details.

Whether you’re pursuing a new personal record or simply want to better understand your daily activities, Strava’s Athlete Intelligence aims to make your performance data more accessible and actionable than ever before.
