We recently caught up with Mille and Kristine to get the lowdown on their Health Stacks:
Now the mom of a toddler, Mille juggles a busy schedule, but she always tries to fit in community-based fitness events like Nusa Swims and group runs.
Here are Mille’s health and wellness go-tos:
“I try to work out 2-4 times a week. It’s harder with a little kid & balancing work on the side, but that’s my sweet spot, no less than twice a week as a minimum which helps me promote mental wellness as well. When I’m training indoors at the house it’s always with Sala Studio! They have the best workouts for different needs – it doesn’t hurt that my friend is the founder, so it feels like a mini friend workout when she’s instructing the videos.”
“This shirt does everything for me! I wear it when I’m active but the thin layer is perfect for all year round – I also style it for a more corporate look with jeans. It honestly is the top to do it all.”
“One of the joys of fitness for me is trying new things. I’ll never be shy to try a new class. Some become staples, like Nordic Strong has. As it’s opening in NYC I see it becoming a set part of our visits to the city to train with founder Nicoline as a jumpstart to the day. There’s nothing better to me than having a routine when you travel!”
“My motivation for getting up in the mornings is knowing that there’s a cup of coffee on the horizon. At my house we homebrew most mornings using a bean that we really love the taste of. At the moment it’s Prolog’s beans, which offer a tangy flavor profile. We’re fortunate to have a great café in our flagship store in Copenhagen as well, so when we’re at the office we tend to hop over and get an iced americano or a small cortado!”
“My general sense of wellbeing stems from my gut health. I’ve always had a sensitive gut so it’s put to the test when I travel or stray away from routine. If my gut’s good, then I’m good. So I try to work these into my daily routine with a glass of water pre coffee in the mornings.”
“If I snack during busy days it’s mainly on a chocolate spread on bread. But when we travel for work or go on sets for shoots I love a good bar. One of the bars I always stack up on when I can is TRUBAR. It just gives me that little kick and I get a lot of joy out of having small sweet snacks every now and then.”

Here’s Kristine to share her favorite products:
“My Adidas Adizeros are with me wherever I go. I’m training for a half marathon right now and they’ve become an essential for me. I just bought myself a new pair & that helps with the motivation too – you can never start too early to plan your race kits!”
“I drink electrolytes almost every day. It’s become part of a routine that’s very connected to my wellness routine. When I travel I like to try new brands and some that I’ve grown to love are the locally-based Good Habit Co electrolytes and the US-based Magna.”
“I love all of our products but the item I swear most by is our recently-launched For Everyone Tank. I use it for almost all of my runs (have it in every color) but it’s also something that works super well for layering for yoga classes during the winter season.”
“It’s the thing in Copenhagen right now – and for good reason. The benefits I get from going to the sauna classes are all about settling in to where you are and resetting your mind to where it needs to go. When I go to New York I’m definitely going to visit Othership but also love Sauna85 in Copenhagen.”
“Because of my constantly-changing schedule I often start my mornings in meetings and try to squeeze in a run mid day before heading back to work. The one thing I apply to my hair after morning showers is a leave-in-conditioner to help soften my curls for air-dry days, or prepare them for a blow out.”
“I listen to podcasts & books whenever I have time, so these are my absolute go-to. I love hearing people’s POVs and so listening to podcasts of all different types satisfies my curious side. I also listen to both music and podcasts when I run. It’s a small break for me to be shut out a little from everything else and be intentional with what I listen to.”
“It’s so difficult to find good running socks, so we launched the ultimate pair last year, which I have been wearing for all my runs since then. I would love to be able to style each sock to my running outfit, but if that’s not doable I stick to the safe choice of a white sock with black font.”
