Good Kitty wants to end the UTI cycle for good

A physician-formulated, antibiotic-free UTI prevention supplement built around the science of bioavailable PACs.

One in eight women experiences recurrent UTIs, and most end up in the same loop of symptoms, antibiotics, temporary relief, repeat. Good Kitty was founded by two women tired of that cycle, and their debut product, UTI Biome Shield, is a urologist-approved daily supplement designed to prevent UTIs before they start rather than treat them after.

Behind the brand are a designer and a physician who built the solution out of their own frustration. Meghan Carozza and Dr. Meghan Blake developed UTI Biome Shield with urogynecologist Dr. Sharon Knight after cycling through the same misinformation and underwhelming supplements most women know too well.

What’s inside

The formula centers on two proprietary complexes: PACphenol™, a highly bioavailable form of soluble PACs and polyphenols from cranberry (the kind that most standard cranberry supplements don’t contain enough of to actually work), and BioBlocD3™, a blend of d-mannose, vitamin D3, and zinc picolinate.

The PACs and polyphenols prevent harmful bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall in the first place.

D-mannose helps flush bacteria out of the urinary tract before an infection takes hold. Vitamin D3 and zinc support immune function and help repair urinary tissue over time. Together, the formula is designed to block, flush, and rebuild without disrupting the gut the way antibiotics do.

Where to buy

Available now at goodkittyco.com. The starter kit ($78) comes with 60 capsules in a stainless steel canister and a 24k gold-plated pendant pill stash for on-the-go protection, which is either an extremely practical detail or a very good design flex. Honestly, it reads as both.
