Buffy offers a fresh take on protein snacking

Three bold flavors, one protein-packed base.

Buffy Protein is redefining snack time with a new category of protein dips made from real chicken and cottage cheese. Each serving delivers 15 grams of protein and just 80 calories, designed to work as a dip, spread, or standalone snack.

Protein dips that taste like real food

Founded by Emily Williams and Audrey Melville, Buffy offers protein dips that work as spreads, sauces, or standalone snacks.

Made with sous vide chicken breast, each flavor starts with real white meat chicken as the primary ingredient, blended with cottage cheese for a creamy base.

Buffy Protein

Buffy is made with real chicken and cottage cheese.

“What you feed your body matters,” say Williams and Melville. The dips feature minimal ingredients, steering clear of the processed oils and artificial additives common in traditional dips.

At launch, Buffy is available in three flavors:

  • Whoa, Buffalo features a kick of cayenne, and pumpkin adds a smooth texture.
  • Mighty Caesar delivers bold, tangy Caesar flavor.
  • Hotshot Honey balances sweet honey with spice, working equally well as a dip or warmed as a glaze.

Where to buy Buffy
