Alveos One turns your breath into a new biometric

A lightweight wearable that listens, learns, and adapts to how you breathe.

Alveos Labs is introducing Alveos One, a breathing tracker that uses acoustic sensors and on-device AI to interpret your breath in real time. Instead of tracking heart rate or steps, it focuses on breathing patterns that reflect stress, calm, and recovery — making your breath the foundation for performance.

How it works

The compact device clips magnetically to clothing and captures subtle acoustic signals from your breath. All data is processed directly on the device for privacy, meaning it never records speech or background noise. Through the companion Alveos app, users get access to an AI Breath Coach that translates breathing data into short, adaptive routines — from one-minute resets to longer recovery sessions — that train the body to regulate stress and improve focus.

Built with titanium and composite materials, Alveos One is IP54 water-resistant, offers up to eight days of battery life, and provides haptic feedback for guidance even when your phone isn’t nearby.

Why it matters

Most wearables track what happens after stress. Alveos looks at the source. By analyzing how you breathe, it delivers actionable feedback to balance your nervous system to guide when to slow down, reset, or recharge before burnout hits.
