Peloton + App

The app’s Workout Generator creates personalized routines based on your goals, available equipment, and experience level. Whether you’re working with basic dumbbells or fully equipped with cable machines, barbells, leg presses, kettlebells, and medicine balls, Strength+ adapts to your setup.

Audio coaching and video demonstrations ensure proper form and technique throughout your workout. The app’s “Clips” feature provides quick, instructional videos for equipment setup and exercise execution, while the ability to bookmark workouts and reorganize movements lets you customize your experience.

Members can log weights and reps to monitor progress, with Apple Watch integration for seamless tracking. Plus, keep your favorite playlist running while still hearing coach cues, thanks to background audio support.

Where to get it

Strength+ is available now for iOS devices in the US. A limited number of new users can access an introductory rate of $1 per month for six months, after which the subscription costs $9.99 monthly. Current Peloton All Access, Guide, and App+ members get Strength+ included at no additional cost.
