Withings expands U-Scan Nutrio to the U.S. and select European countries

Withings has expanded availability of its U-Scan Nutrio, a smart urine sensor that installs inside the toilet bowl to collect and analyze samples automatically. The device tracks hydration, nutrition balance, and biomarkers tied to kidney and metabolic health, syncing results to the Withings app for easy daily insights. Withings also offers U-Scan Calci, designed to monitor calcium levels and assess kidney stone risk.

How it works

A built-in pump collects and analyzes samples using microfluidic sensors, while replaceable cartridges house the chemical reagents needed for testing. Data syncs automatically to the Withings app, offering results and recommendations in real time. Each cartridge lasts about three months and supports multiple users through automatic detection
