HYROX has grown fast enough that serious preparation is no longer for these athletes—and Peloton is stepping into that gap. The platform announced today its first-ever HYROX Training Program, a 12-week plan built specifically to prepare athletes for race day, timed for HYROX NYC (May 28 through June 7), which is on track to be the largest HYROX event in North American history.
The 12 weeks are structured around one core principle: building the aerobic engine first. The first half focuses on threshold work and foundational endurance. By week seven, athletes run a 75-minute race simulation to test pacing and transitions. The final weeks shift toward race-specific demands with moves like heavy sled pushes and wall balls, training athletes to keep their running strong, which is the defining challenge of HYROX.
“This program is built to forge both grit and strategy,” says Robin Arzón, Peloton Head Instructor and Certified HYROX Performance Coach. “You will train your engine. You will train your strength. And you will train your mind to stay sharp when fatigue hits.”

It’s a seven-day-a-week commitment led by Robin Arzón and Andy Speer, both Certified HYROX Performance Coaches, alongside six additional Peloton instructors. Training pulls from across the platform: strength, running, rowing, tread bootcamps, mobility, and meditation. Beginners focus on mechanics before moving to race weights; advanced athletes work with race weights from week one.
The Peloton x HYROX Training Program is available now on the Peloton App and via Peloton hardware. Athletes can also join the Official HYROX Training Team in the Community tab to engage with instructors and participate in challenges throughout the program.
