Jahaan studied chemical engineering and computer science at UC Berkeley and started Gainful as a college senior alongside his best friend from High School, Eric Wu.
Jahaan and Eric were both high school and college athletes, but never had access to nutritionists or dietitians to help them get the most out of their goals. So Jahaan and Eric founded Gainful to create a solution. It’s products are are formulated by experts and every subscriber also gets access to a Registered Dietitian.
