BodyPark ATOM brings AI motion tracking to your home workouts

Portable, precise, and powered by real-time feedback.

BodyPark has introduced ATOM, an AI-powered motion tracking device that analyzes form, counts reps, and creates personalized training plans. Weighing just 155 grams, the portable system turns any space into a smart gym.

Real-time movement tracking for any workout

Powered by BodyPark’s DeepBody™ Engine, ATOM tracks over 34 keypoints on your body with 96% accuracy, including a unique lumbar point for posture analysis. The device recognizes more than 1,000 exercises across strength, calisthenics, and functional training.

The BodyPark ATOM.

To get started: Simply place ATOM at arm’s length, and its 160° ultra-wide lens captures your full range of motion. The 1.430-inch display provides real-time metrics while instant voice feedback corrects form, counts reps, and guides pacing.

Performance meets personalization

The ATOM also offers:

  • Movement feedback: After each set, ATOM generates replay clips with your keypoint trajectory, center of gravity — highlighting issues like weight shifting or uneven movement patterns.
  • Performance insights: Post-workout analytics show range of motion, displacement, velocity, power output, and movement consistency to help you optimize your training.
  • AI-enhanced training: Personalized plans evolve based on performance, fatigue levels, goals, and mobility. Users can control training via text, voice commands, or from a built-in library of more than 1,000 exercises.

The MagMount system attaches easily to desks, racks, or tripods, with vertical tilt for different exercise angles. ATOM’s battery lasts up to 72 hours on standby or 7+ hours in use, with a built-in speaker and Bluetooth support for headphones.
